I have been having mosquitos in my house every damn night and it is time for that to stop. As I see it, I have two options…..either Zevo trap or insect spray.

I would obviously rather not breathe any pesticides, so does anyone have experience with Zevo traps and would they work on mosquitoes?

Yes they work. Flies aren't attracted to it but mosquitoes and gnats are

Mine hasnt caught many house flies which is what I got it for. They work great on fruit flies and mosquitos. My wife got some strips for the window that catches house flies like crazy.

Just went and got a pack containing two traps….if they work, I’ll put one in every room if I have to. Also got some Bifenthrin, which I will spray around the outside of the house tomorrow,

Needless to say….i have declared war on mosquitoes!

How are you getting mosquitoes in your house?

The only thing that halfway works for me are mosquito dunks. You can get 5 Home Depot sized buckets off amazon for cheap. Put them around your house with mosquito dunks and the problem reduces by like 90%

I kept resisting this Reddit solution myself but unfortunately it’s the best I’ve found

I use them, keep outside lights off as long as you can, after the sun goes down!

They work great. I have 5 of them inside my house and they do great with small things. I have a lot of potted plants inside and I put one behind plants as close as I can. If you get small bugs from your soil in your plants, they help control them.

Easy to change the cartridge and you can get the refills, ones that work, on amazon in bulk for pretty cheap.

Yeah, we always get fruit flies in our condo - used the vinegar and Dawn solution for years with some success - the Zevo traps work immediately and capture all of them.

This one is in my garage. It stays closed up for the most part and I have my small business in here with AC.

Gets a few.

Yes! I've got 2 in my house and we like to leave the doors open. It gets all the bugs overnight. Love 'em.

I’ve got one of those too. Fun for the whole family! Whatever we miss, Zevo gets.
