Can yall name a few places or small mills to buy 10x10 cypress posts for my front and back porches? The guy I was getting them from for my build stopped cutting lumber. Closer to Cenla the better.

Acadian Cypress and Hardwoods in Ponchatoula. They can cut you anything you want.

I second this. Small family owned and operated business on La. 1 I've done business with on several occasions for my cypress needs.

I bought some for my house about 15 years ago. I think they were 12x12. Mine were rough cut and I had to sand them down a good bit.

First place I would check is Jeansonne’s cabinetry on Sterx rd. If they can’t get them, I would contact Jones and Jones Cyoress LLC in Batchelor, LA.
