Just as I bought my first bottle last week.

While I was there I bought Sedgehammer so I'm covered for a little while I guess. Maybe I'll get to try the good stuff in a few years.

Will this Celsius or original Celsius kill fescue or zoysia?

I know it won't kill Bermuda. I have all 3 at my house because of the varying light and irrigation environments

I applied something called SedgeEnder a few days ago. Seems to be doing a good job but also doing a lil number on my Zoysia . Sedge was bad in the backyard though

It’s safe for Bermuda.

The removed dicamba from the forumlation. And it’s more expensive.

It’s gonna be a wait and see for me. Regular Celsius plus prosedge will be a better product IMO. I am looking forward to the prospect of generic Celsius.

They removed dicamba and added halosulfuron. Dicamba was for broadleaf but Bayer says they will get the same broadleaf control with other ingredients. Halosulfuron one of the active ingredients in Sedgehammer.

Can I mix Celsius with Sedgehammer now just to use what I have left?

They cut the active ingredients in half, removed dicamba and added sedgehammer.

It may still work fine but I’m skeptical.

Double the rate, use it twice as fast. Buy twice as much!

The % of product is smaller but the amount you will need to mix will be greater.
