I’ve been working on this for a few weekends now. Shout out to alajones4 for driving in from Tech about three weekends in a row.
This is the existing deck.
Measured and dug holes.
Stacked 4x4’s on top of existing ones.
Borrowed a bunch of ladders from a buddy
Started on roofing yesterday
Rain delay (sounded awesome. Reminded us of AT shelters)
Voila

Why did you stack the new 4x4s? Just for looks to continue the same look? You know you can buy like 16 ft or taller 4x4s right?
