I'd start with a fungicide. Repeat apps about 2 weeks apart. Should see green coming through in about 2-3 weeks. Report back.

Moved into a new house and i'm cutting it for the first time today. My new yard is half the size.

My 2018 Grasshopper will probably be up for sale. Ugh.

I started with fungicide about a week and a half ago. Planning to reapply on the “treatment” method.

Since the mods have decided my Zoysia thread belongs on the Curtains and Rugs Board, I'll just ask here.

Woerner Turf carries Palisades and Quality Turf carries Empire. Does anyone have experience with the two? It seems like they are fairly similar varieties.

Fugicide treatments on 3/9 & 3/21.

So far no improvements...

Either I'm impatient or it's something else.

I wonder if the HGTV board has any advice...

Hey bootlegger, my St Aug hasn't really yet. It's green, and there are very few patches where it seems to be green and growing, but still lots of brown mixed in all around as well. I'm worried I stunted its growth. Put down prodiamine in Feb, and late last summer I put out a couple of applications of Talstar within a week of each other to try to rid it of sod webworms. I usually have a very thick, lush lawn so I'm not sure what's going on. Is it just too early yet?
