Pop up ads on TD are out of control

WTF, chicken? I keep getting Spanish pop up ads at the bottom of my screen this morning. I close it out then it comes right back.

Don't know if this is relevant here, but after the iOS 15 update there is a new iCloud Private Relay feature that acts like a DNS, potentially altering/hiding your IP address.
If this is the case, your traffic may be relaying to an Apple server that is geographically more "southern" than you actually are, resulting in the ad switching to Spanish.
