I'm not for censorship Rex, but Krugman legit sucks. He still pumps out Keynesian Resurgence Economics even though he(and his school of economic thought) gets proven wrong time and time again, most notably during recessionary periods.
As to your question. I have no idea why it was anchored. Was it his opinion article on Obama's success?

Articles criticizing and demeaning our President are allowed on this board without hesitation, but when a famous, respected and articulate economist lists his accomplishments and virtues it gets anchored.
