Petition to force all members to wear wristbands to monitor sleep

Due to some shenanigans with the GMT, I propose that all members must be required to wear wristbands to monitor their sleeping patterns. This can be written in to be part of the terms and conditions of this website and the member should have to be responsible for purchasing their own wristband.
For too long have people who were going to sleep early in the morning started the GMT. It is bullshite that someone who hasnt yet gone to sleep at 4:30 am gets to start a thread about waking up when they are about to go to sleep. These wristbands could wirelessly stream data to the TD admins who could then archive and analyze it. An automatic system could be created in which posters who have not been asleep in X about of time are not allowed to start certain threads. There are also many other functions for which this data can be useful. Ill think of them later.
