Chicken, rather than a poster rating system that you mentioned...

awhile back, but have yet to implement due to your busy schedule, how bout this. A popularity rating system with a "like & dislike" button that a poster can respond to for every thread & post. I'm sure there's a software program that'll do this, and it'll also put each posters approval rating next to there user names.
Here's the kicker. Lets say a posters approval rating for TD.com drops below 15%, (I personally don't ever have to worry about that) but if that happens though, the said poster would be automatically given a computer generated banning for 30 days.
Great idea, huh? Oh and I've got my unofficial TD.com approval rating at 34% for the moment. That "anti-prayer threads" thread that I started the other night has really put the kibosh on my once stellar 52% rating.

Skillet, we are working feverishly on what I call the Pyramid of Popularity. This is a project that is near and dear to my heart.
We actually have a "Like" button being tested now...it will appear on the user's profile page.
And we also have a thumbs up and down button being tested now. Each are close to full release.
We are hoping that a user's Like-ometer along with the post ratings will allow us to build the Pyramid of Popularity.

If mine and Chicken's ratings for you people coincide, than I count at least 5 posters in this thread alone that'll have a lot of free non-posting time on their hands.

The last pyramid scheme I got hoodwinked into went down over a cup of coffee at Denny's, with a guy in a short sleeve dress shirt and a short, fat tie. That didn't work out so well.
