Blank page with "Duplicate post?" in small letters when replying to posts

I even got it once when trying to start this thread on TDMobile. I'd upload a screen cap, but photobucket is down as well. I can preview, but not post.
ETA, I got it about six times trying to start this thread.
Also getting it on my iPad while on the full version.

Getting it also... Tried replying, and creating new post. Getting same results. Tried different board and also tried a different browser.
Wait about 5 minutes or so and it lets me post another post but then starts doing the same thing again.
ETA: Saw someone in another post on the OT said he kept hitting refresh on the "Duplicate Post" page.
ETA2: Just tried F5'ing the shite out of the "duplicate post" page and it didn't work.
