How many here practice?
Is it a staple in your overall fitness routine?
What benefits are you seeing?

I started back after a 3 year hiatus and I fell in love again after 2 classes. Should have never stopped.

When I did yoga frequently I was doing strictly vinyasa logo. Definitely trimmed down my waist and my overall health felt much better. Increased flexibility as well.

I do, but not at a crazy level or anything like that.

They have some Nike yoga videos on Netflix that I use. They are anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes long. I jog with my dog in the morning then do the Yoga. I think the biggest benefit is making myself stick to a routine in the morning. It's also nice to have the time with no distractions so I can think about what the day is bringing.

The biggest benefit is countering my sitting all day long at work (and biking is my cardio so that is kind of sitting too) and stretching out the hips. I think it helps w/ back pain and discomfort too.

I cannot stress its importance enough as you age. I’m 63 and it has improved my balance and flexibility. I use the P90X3 routine that I can finish in 25 minutes.

Yoga is a pagan practice.

Stay away from it. Do stretching / mobility exercises without giving nod to demons.

Brother, if this doesn’t shed light on how NO human - and most definitely NO follower of CHRIST - should have ANY involvement with yoga, then I don’t know what would convince you.

Oh, calm your tits. There’s many health benefits in doing/ practicing yoga without getting into all of that.

Thank you for the deep and thoughtful response and for your concern for my breasts.

Sounds like just the kind of thing Satan would use to tempt humanity.

Look! It's easy, smooth, and feels great! So many healthy benefits! Just empty your mind...
