I listen to Team Never Quit podcast with David Rutherford and Marcus Luttrell ... each episode is usually about as long as my workout so it’s nice

David Goggins and Jocko Willink are extremely motivating. The 2hr Joe Rogan podcast with David Goggins was the most inspirational thing I’ve ever heard. I’ve listened to it like 3 times when I had extremely challenging rides on the bike.

The video's worth it. It's a full powerlifting meet with a kid who has cerebral palsy.
It's a cool story, but also, it's pretty tough for me to weasel out of working out because I'm tired when I watch someone who has way bigger obstacles than me blasting through them and working his tail off.

I already got Goggins book “Can’t Hurt Me” on pre-order and I have no idea when it’ll be released lol. I also listen to team never quit religiously. Good shite.
