I've gone from 245 to 196 since January. 6 feet tall.

I'm about to finish the lean program. Started doing P90x3 in March so obviously I don't do it everyday like I should but I enjoy the workouts and they definitely work

I'm wondering if I should go ahead and do the lean program again since I'm still going to be at a caloric deficit until I get to the weight I want to be at or if I should switch it up and do the standard program. Or if it even matters

I mean, the easier thing to ask is what do you not have?

Sooooo I'm guessing it doesn't matter which p90x3 program I choose?

I'm not buying a different one

I have never done the lean one but I bet if you switch to the regular one you will probably see better results. That regular one is the real deal if you can stick with it, you will get results.

I would give the classic a shot. Getting the challenge and Eccentric Upper and Lower will definitely be good for you. I just recently finished up a round of classic and love it.

It's just a good combo of the cardio and strength based stuff and I know I really need the help in the strength department (push-ups, pull-ups etc etc). The cardio stuff kicks my arse, but the strength programs really make me feel like I've accomplished something by the time I'm done. The Challenge is legit af and one of my favorites.

Just get the beach body streaming memebership. It’s cheaper than a gym and you get every program they have.

It's in that folder? I thought only part of it was.

Do you have a google drive of every workout?

If so, care to share with a baw? I’m looking for a new strength routine.

ETA: just saw it posted in another thread. Believe I requested access.

Thanks baw. I’m gonna look around the programs and then see what everyone thinks.
