It's inaccurate. I was negative on it and then the next day was positive on the nasal swab.

It's going to be tough to find a legit PCR test that results in the same day right now unless you are sick enough to be admitted or are a healthcare worker and you get tested through your employer. It might be different in BR, but in Lafayette that is the case as far as I know.
