Never do chest Monday or back Tuesday. That's a start.

However I would suggest changing gyms every 2 years. Different machines, different angles will greatly help your progress.

My gym is a sheet metal building that used to be a welding shop. No windows, only an open garage door. 1 treadmill and elliptical, floor space is reserved for exercise the way baby Jesus intended: dumbbells, squat racks, benches. The 80's boombox plays Mother by Danzig on repeat.

A proper gym is an austere, joyless place where you go to pick things up and put them down. If you've got complaints about your gym being clogged up with kids and thots, the problem isn't the kids and thots, it's that you picked a play-place to train in instead of something resembling a prison yard or concentration camp.

you got a couple minutes to walk away from a piece of equipment, mostly if you're super setting. after 2-3 minutes that's now mine if i want it. You also shouldn't superset if its a very busy time, or be willing to lose a piece of equipment. If i am in a middle of a set and someone takes the equipment im not using right tat that moment i call em a dick in my head but its the price you pay.

So glad I don't have to deal with any of this

i very rarely do. my gym isnt over crowded.

while i appreciate the appeal of home gym, i do like the variety of toys to play with that would be impossible to replicate at home.
