Liquid wax remover. You can get it at any pharmacy.

Qtips only push the earwax in and compact it.

I've seen guys clean their ears with a bobby pin. Seems like a bad idea, but to each his own.

Debrox.

Lay on your side and put a few drops in. Wait 5-10 minutes, get up and go rinse out with the bulb provided using warm water.

Repeat until no more wax.

I usually end up going to the doctor every 6 months and get them to clean mine out with that big arse water gun lol

These are great, from Walmart.

When I used Q Tips, every Dr appointment they’d use the Elephant Ear Wash on me for 30min to get the compacted stuff out.

I have a little glass dropper bottle. Run it under hot water for a couple of minutes to warm theboeroxidevthen a couple of drops in the ear. I sometimes have to lay there for over 10 minutes waiting for it to drop into my inner ear.

Very slowly and carefully I've used those plastic brush/picks before. The bristles end grabs some stuff when you twirl around in there JUST BE VERY CAREFUL

Get some Debrox. My ENT told me I’m a “builder” when it comes to wax and that stuff is fantastic.

I also periodically get my ears deep cleaned by my doctor.

I’ll also do it before I get in the shower so I can just use the water from the shower head to rinse it out.

This, ear wax softener. It comes with a little squeeze ball like you would use for a little kids nose. Put in the wax softener, and run hot water in the sink (hot as your ear can take). After you wait, start shooting the hot water in while pointing that ear down and be amazed. The only issue is if you normally watch the tv on 20, you will have to drop it to 8-10. It’s freaking crazy!

Discovered this after compacting wax with qtips. I’ll never do that again.

Compressed air hose in your mouth, pinch your nose and close your eyes real tight. Air has nowhere to go but out your ears and blows all the junk with it.

Works great, blurred vision and dizzy for an hour or so but absolutlely worth it.

Lay in a hot tub, with ear canals flooded for 10-15 min. Then while your ear remains underwater get a bulb syringe full of water and squirt away. If you do it above the water it is very traumatizing to the ear drum.
