Love it in overnight oats. I do a bowl of iso/oatmeal/creatine/frozen berries after a workout and a bowl of whey/oats/peanut butter in the evening.

Sir, um, I'm gonna have to ask you to refrain from using the term "Aunt Jemima."

The proper usage is Pearl Milling Company.

Thank you.

Quest Protein Powder makes the best protein pancakes in my experience. The other trick I've learned is cook them at a lower temp than you would regular pancakes.

1 scoop Quest PP, 1/3 c quick oats, 1/2 c egg whites, 1/4 tsp baking powder. Sometimes you need to add a little water. My husband thinks these are dry, but I like them.

1 banana, 1 egg, cinnamon, 1.5 scoops Quest PP. Mash banana, mix with egg and cinnamon. Stir in the PP until thoroughly mixed. Cook over medium heat in nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick spray (I make it as one big pancake...my husband prefers these).

I also do a protein crepe. I use a scoop of chocolate Quest PP, 1/2 c egg whites, splash of nut milk or water. Whisk it up. Put into a heated nonstick 10 inch skillet sprayed with nonstick spray. Spread it out like crepe. Turn heat to low. Cover. Check on it after a couple of minutes and flip. Cook second side briefly. Fold and top with nut butter.

I use it to make some muffins every once in a while

Protein mix
Banana
Eggs
Oats
Almond milk
Yogurt (sometimes)

Ground in a blender and baked in muffin tins. I’ll see if I can find the recipe.
