What are some options when eating out other than steak on the keto diet

So I started the keto diet a few weeks ago and do pretty good when eating at home. Pretty much just steak brats and chicken breasts (closer to the carno diet honestly
) but I'm having a hard time finding something to eat when eating out other than steak. Most things that I would like to order even if its meat based like ribs or barbeque is covered in some sauce. Any suggestions or restaurants that are keto friendly?

Every single restaurant has keto options. Go to BWW and order the traditional garlic Parmesan wings.

I thought bww fried all of their wings?

They do in beef tallow and the traditional wings have zero breading. You are g2g

I eat so much steak at home, and it's better, bigger and cheaper than most restsurants, that I try to order stuff that requires a lot of ingredients and/or work. Yeah sauces are tough.
I've just limited my eating out (which is good w baby coming very soon) and tend to do OMAD and get a good workout in prior to eating out so I'm not too concerned.

what restaurants do you want to potentially eat at? Give me a few and I can help you out. Also remember hamburgers are good choices just skip the bread. Five guys for example will make it into a bowl type deal and In-n-Out will wrap it.

Grilled fish.
Blackened red fish, grilled snapper, crab or crawfish atop or stuffed. Grouper. Yes. Craving some New Orleans food, in lieu of New Orleans football.

So obviously this is not a long term sustainable plan. What are the short term benefits?

This is the way your body is intended to operate. If anything this is the most sustainable long term way of eating there is out there. That is of course if you value your health.

Not sure I follow either of these statements.

It's pretty simple, order sauce on the side. You are essentially eating meat and veggies. They are used to people ordering things a certain way.

If you have decent Mexican food in your area fajitas are an option or some type of variance of that.

I think he means most people aren't eating like that the rest of their lives. I tend to agree that very restrictive diets lower the chance of people actually sticking to them.

I wish all of these places would add riced cauliflower as a base option.
But in any event - just get meat other than steak. I like to get salad with a lot salmon on it.
I don't personally like eggs, but if you do, you can have them worked in all over the place.
