I am I’m just ready to take a break off of this keto diet and do a normal hi protein low carb deal.

This no carbs period is just tiresome

I generally don't like weight loss competitions because they're too short-term of a line of thought to breed long-term success for most people.

Huge congrats on your success. Have you thought of a long-term plan to maintain your success??

Not drinking beer every night of the week for two years.

I was going through some high stress situations at work and resorted to eating my feelings lol.

Plus maintaining a workout regimen I got away from that in my journey as well.

I am going to focus on body composition not weight from here. I would like to build a little muscle back then cut again.

I gave up drinking totally for 6 months for a diet. Afterwards, I decided to see how long I could go without drinking. Still going strong almost 22 years later. Highly recommend.

i go to the gym for me. I like feeling strong and athletic.

i don't like feeling like a bloated sack of shite that can't walk for 10 minutes without taking a break.

now keep it up

Great work!

Focus on things you can control - habits and behaviors. Those things will breed results. Simple things. Things you're probably already doing since you've been successful.

You should switch to intermittent fasting if you want a break from keto.

Beer is basically an automatic 5-10 lbs for me, unless it's ski season and I'm also running. But that usually means I'm too tired to overindulge.

My weight when I just do my thing and am not purposely gaining muscle is right at 180 with beer and 170-175 without.
