Probably nothing until 12 or 1pm. Is that decent or should I push back some?

Depends what time you stop eating at night.
I do it basically every day from 6:30-7pm-11:30AM.
To avoid hunger I think if you aren't used to doing it, lots of water and drink coffee in the morning.

Easiest way is to just not have breakfast ever. Not even coffee - I think caffeine does create some metabolic effect.

Eat dinner. Then go as long as you can with relative comfort. Try to delay the next day by 30min. Continue until you've got a 16hr fast or so.

I do 2-10
Was hard at first, but you get used to it. I drink a Xyience energy drink which helps. I know it's better if I don't do that, but I am still getting great results.

YouTube is broken, can't watch.
Please tell me coffee isn't on the list, or I'm out.
Can I put mct oil in my coffee?

ive been doing it. I eat from noon til 8p. I've lost a good amount of weight in 3 weeks but my diet is also pretty rock solid at the moment. I drink coffee in the morning with a little cream, also I have bcaas in the morning. Some will tell you these break the fasted state, whatever it's working for me.
Honestly losing weight is all about your diet. But i like to believe the IF is helping me as well.

You can drink coffee, but don't put anything in it to truly be in a fasted state.
