Through Easter as written at least but doing some form of it through 12 weeks. Might swotch out some foods here and there after Easter.

Also on fridays I will be eating some kind of baked/steamed/boiled seafood.

I have been on keto for years. I mix in corn tortillas for carbs when I need it. My problem on the diet you are describing would be getting 3000 cals. My appetite is destroyed when I do strict keto.

Yea it's been an issue so far. Like I am in my garage lifting right now and the thought of eating after this makes me want to hurt, prolly just do the eggs.

I will say this, I took the last two weeks off and last week started steak and eggs and carbed up Saturday. I dunno it's the two weeks off or what but I am sweeting like a good damn pig.

So tonight I had to do day 1 of ripped to shreds(RTS) due to getting in a bad wreck last night. Will skip day 2 and do day 3 tomorrow to get back on schedule. Next week day 1 will be on Sunday which is my normal schedule.

RTS uses a lot of dependent reverse pyramid training, which means you don't go up in weight until the first set reaches the top of the rep range. tonights workout was

Db incline- 2 sets of 4-6
105x4, 102.5x6

Barbell standing press-set of 6-8, set of 8-12
145x8
125x12

Weighted chins-3 sets
Bw+15-x 8 & 8
Bw x 8

Failure on all sets

Db curl using bicep bomber- 2 sets
30 x 10 & 10

I am dead tired. Pretty sure I am going into ketosis. No way I can do the burpees. Will do tomorrow to get back on track.

Diet was on track as listed except for tonight gonna just eat 12 eggs instead of steak and eggs.

Ended at
2405 calories

Fat-66%
Protein-31%
Carbs-3%

So a successful day.

Yea all fine, got rear ended by a guy going 45 and he never hit the brakes. My poor tundra though, I think it bent my frame. Waiting on appraisal.

Gonna be pissed if I don't get to get another 1794 edition.

Didn't mean it as a brag, I can only get that cause I lease it to my company but 700 a month is the limit. If the new ones are too much I will be screwed or have to carry any extra myself. I would rather keep it like I have it where my note is well under that and I pocket the extra.

I tend to hover in the 200-210 range unless i am very strict and I am ok with that as I am always trying to get stronger and add size from August to January.

so far today energy level has been good. Had my big salad and the hamburger patty a little early today as I donated blood this morning.

So tonight I did

Squats-
300x3
275-6
225x10

Lost a little strength on top set. Prolly cause it's been 3 weeks since squatting

Also did
2sets of tricep extensions gironda style
Knee raises
Burpee progression

Moved deads until tomorrow as I cut my finger and wanted to give it another day to heal.

Little worried though left knee was hurting after I finished burpees, hurting pretty bad. Think I might have twisted it a little. Guess I will find out tomorrow.

What are your deuces like? This sounds alot like what i am currently doing and do 3-4months to start every year except its just meat and eggs and not steak and eggs. Mainly chicken, turkey, eggs with some peppers and some eggplant a couple nights a week. I am normally regular every day 8am, but doing this i can go 3 days sometimes and when i do its like concrete
