Every vegetarian or vegan I come across always looks like shite;
That's because their bodies were not designed to eat like that and there's virtually no way they are getting the proper nutrition. The human body is designed to thrive off of animal fat and animal protein. And thrive it does.

Why somebody would down vote your post I will never understand. Nor will I ever understand somebody that was designed and created primarily as a carnivore would ever want to eat a diet they weren't designed for.

If you wanna be health vegan sure as frick isn't the answer. Go on eat wild.comand find a farm near you.follow the basic guidelines of the whole30 diet while implementing a spartan style IF regiment and you will be much healthier and sure as frick look much better than if you went vegan.

Hops are also notoriously bad for estrogen. Germans noted a long time ago girls that picked hops went through puberty earlier than girls that didn't. Beer is a solid contributor to lowering your testosterone levels.

This may be true, but it is completely besides the point. How many people are consuming hops or beer as their primary source of macro-nutrition? Now how many vegan types are consuming soy as their primary source of protein? See the difference?

We are omnivore hunter gatherers. Unless you know of any "Raw and Bare Handed" deer leases? Bring that bitch down and choke it out.

We are smart enough to use tools and adapt our food sources through history. A true carnivore is not. Never watch NatGeo and saw a pride of lions grazing because the food ran low.

Most primates do not bother with meat. Chimps I believe will eat meat and hunt. But they are mainly herbivores with intelligence enough to use tools to bash things and see if they are good to eat. Or maybe see a fish in shallows and grab it?

Meat IS DELICIOUS. That does not make us carnivores. We just are evolved and intelligent enough to acquire tastes. We evolved enough to learn to make fire and then realize that meat tastes better with a little fire to it at some point. Few thousand more years we found seasoning. I'd be curious what the first seasoning was? I assume salt? Was it used for flavor or to preserve and cure meat.

That's a Google search for later.

Well you dont say!!! and thats why i said largely carnivore. Most of our calories come from animal meat and fats.

as far as the rest of your post, using tools and cooking has nothing to do with where the majority of our calories come from. Yes we are adaptable but in the perfect world, almost all of our calories would come from animals and the rest from some type of green veggie or berries.

Honestly, if I had to guess if you'd side more with vegans/vegetarians or hardcore meat-eaters, I'd choose the lettuce lovers. Don't judge a book, eh?

Science all the way, baby. I suppose I can respect a vegan/vegetarian eating that way for purely non-health reasons. But if we are talking about body science, it's garbage. I don't understand the urge to deny your body the very things it was designed for. I'll eat a raw hunk of red meat over a vegetable 1000 times out of 1000 - and live longer for it.
