.17ml daily with the 200mg/ml which is the most common dosage for testosterone cypionate aka testosterone depot would be

34 mg/day.

if its 100mg/ml vial then it would be 17mg/day.



34 is prolly going to put him out of range

the half life of testosterone cyp is 8 days. you dont need to inject daily. 2x per week is more than suffecient. Takes 35-45 days to achieve full blood plasma levels that are normalized.

well a normal male will produce what we consider total testosterone. Depending on his age he should fall somewhere in the range below

between 280 to 1200

this is measure in nanograms per decaliter aka ng/dl.

at .2 daily, that puts him at 1.4 weekly or 1.4*200=280mg/week.

in general 150mg a week will put someone close to the top of the range. not always as some people are much less effecient at this, but i can promise 280mg a week has him outside of the normal range which means he isnt taking TRT, he is juicing essentially or he is blasting and will go back to his base level later.

but that range is also for teenagers through 80+ years old. we want to be in the range for our age group. example..the average test levels for a 35-40 year old is 597 ng/dl. Remember this is average.

the range usually for a 40 year old is around 450-850ish. If you are taking replacement we want to be in that top of the range. AS we age you should slowly lower the dose to stay top of range for your age.

now test is released by the body after the ester (cypionate) is cleaved off and turned into free testosterone. this is the most important number and much more important than total test as this is the useable portion. We want this to be top of range for age group also, maybe even slightly above.

all of this is measured by a blood test.

I take test 200 cyp @ 0.3ml 2x wk so 120mg/wk.
I also take HCG @400iu 2x wk
And 0.125mg Anastrozole 2x wk

This keeps my levels right around 1000 and I’m in my mid 30’s. Free test is around 25 and estrogen right around 25.

i see one of the best in the world out of baylor medical in houston....i take 140mg weekly split into 2 shots weekly.

i monitor other levels but dont need anything for estrogen and am fixed so no need for hcg. my philosphy is smaller my balls gets, bigger the D looks and not that my wife cares but makes me feel better

should be able to get from empower from houston, but if you arent havign kids anymore its a frickign waste of money honestly. doesnt do shite otehrwise. trt is life long so not sure the reasoning is on that.

holy shite that is big. when i was doing my fertility treatment with HCG at 3kiu EOD i had 3 choices

1) pharmacy grade- would run about 12k per month as its not covered

2) empower- like 300 a month

3) black market- about 200 a month

used empower and it was a life saver.

i honestly would drop hcg if you are not going to be having more kids or coming off and trying to recover natural levels. total waste of money.

Thanks for that tip, I likely will when I run out. I’m unsure how that will effect my dosage of test cyp though if at all. That’s something I can definitely inquire about at my next review.
