Has anyone tried the My Macros+ app? If so do you like it. Would you prefer it over MFP? I seen it was made by a bodybuilder/powerlifter.

I'm most conscious about net carbs and protein, but Carb Manager is better than MFP in my opinion.

I had mymacros+ and the data bank sucked.
Most prefer mfp over others because of the data base and the ability to customize.

MyFitness Pal is king for Macro tracking.

I agree, and am the same way. Once you get it down and it becomes routine, you can "see the macros" in things.
But this takes time consistently measuring/logging food.

Yeah this is where I would like to get to. I figure if I start tracking it daily for long enough then it will eventually become habit and more of second nature when looking at foods.

I understand estimating macros within a meal, but I dont really want to add that all up mentally throughout the day. Especially if I'm trying to be pretty consistent with my macros/calories.

I use the Mike’s Macros app.
Keeps it simple. Love it.
