My wife uses the Sweat app. I’ll note that she still constantly complains about how she looks because the workouts are stupid and women have horrible misconceptions about what gets them in shape, but that is the app that she uses.

So it sounds like she wants cardio but you want her to lift weights? If you can get her to see the light MAPS Anabolic has a 2 day per week option. Get her to follow Bret Contreras on instagram. When she sees what he's done for women's glutes she will come around. Read through his glute lab book and follow his programming. Lots of hip thrusts.

get her following brett contrares (SP?) and paul carter.

just give her a basic LP routine and add glute thrust to it for now. i would suggest basic greyskull lp for women but only 2 days a week

if she follows brett adn paul, maybe she will start understanding that cardio is kind of crap.

Try to convince her to work on 2-3 strength movements before her beloved HIIT workouts. She can do both. The HIIT workouts shouldn’t be more than 10-30 minutes if they are truly high intensity.

Why not have her lift 2x per week and then do HIIT the other 3x? Like you said, you can't cardio your way into an arse unless you're born with those genetics.

My girlfriend follows Erin Stern workouts and Paul Revelia (nutrition & fat loss) on YouTube. I also like the Critical Bench YouTube channel for both.

Sydney Cummings on YouTube. She seems to strike a balance between getting a good sweat on and lifting with good form. Maybe she could start there then transition to the Erin Sterns of the world if that is what she wants.

I know a good one but it's more like once a week...if I'm lucky.
