Getting back in the swing of working out but feeling sluggish during the day after workouts. Don't know if I am just getting older or once I get back in shape this should subside. Anyone else sluggish after working out?

Well yeah, we just all suck it up and keep lifting.

If you lift everyday, you never notice how tired you are.

How old are you?
I feel better but most of my day is sluggish when I really go hard. Might be because I’m only sleeping 7 hours a night.

Check your nutrition. Maybe you’re not eating enough protein or carbs.

How old are you? How fat are you? Are you in a calorie deficit? Have you had your testosterone checked?

Your three best friends in recovery are sleep, nutrition and hydration.
Get those on point, remember the point of working out is to make you tired and keep on going.
