When I lived in NE Ohio in the 90"s I watched a lot of golf channel during the cold winters. One day I happened to catch a Peter Kessler interview of Jack Nicklaus where he asked him if he thought Tiger would beat all of his records.
Jack answered that Tiger could beat his records but to do so he would have two major challenges to overcome.
First, Jack said Tiger would have to remain healthy and noted Tiger's aggressive swing and the pressure this placed on his knees and back.
Secondly, Jack said that Tiger was single now, but if he would get married, he would have the added pressure that being a husband and a father would place on him.
Jack, being the greatest as usual, nailed it on both points.

Yea he is just so big...do you really think that's it or maybe if might have been his dumbass obsession with the seals and going to train with them all the time?
I agree that his muscle mass has nothing to do with his body breakdowns and all to do with his obsession with the SEAL teams and the training they let him take part in. I heard he was pretty much the only non-SEAL that has ever beenn invited to go train at their compound South of San Diego.
Tiger probably doesn't own up to it now but the dude literally almost quit golf to join the Navy.

Just to stay in shape and keep the weight off there's no reason to run more than 15 miles/week.
Hell, just four 2-3 mile 10 minute pace jogs should do the trick.
That's 80 to 120 minutes of cardio per week.

Even most of the CrossFit coaches have zero idea.
Man, most of those "level 1" crossfire coaches are an absolute joke. I say this because a coworker is a "level 1" crossfire coach, and he says it's a joke.

Not having a gym has really screwed me up. I've increased my running big time to make up for the lack of gym time.
Yes, I know there are plenty of strength things I can do at home. But at home, life really gets in the way.
