Can't really account for the macros if you do this, but higher end restaurants with killer blue cheese dressing will often sell you it a quart at a time. I've done this with Ruth's Chris blue cheese dressing, as well as Chimes.

I didn’t know you can do this. Good tip! As far as macros yeah...I would just put a standard blue cheese into my macro tracker and as pong as you’re not knats arse tracking it’ll be close enough for someone like me who’s already lean.

That does sound good! I think I have some of the PB powder laying around I’ll give it a shot.

How much will 1 day of not hitting fat goal affect me? 63%
I ate too much chicken.

My carbs were at 15 though, and I had 1 hell of a work out. Also, I’m under 2k calories which is my sweet spot for weight loss.

Cool. Thanks. I was really good most of last week. Some days much better than others. That 80/20 ground meat really helps keep the macros right.

80/20 is awesome. Sometimes at my local store I can only find 85. I wish I could find some 70/30

The super1 by the house almost always has 73/27. Your butcher could probably mix some up for you.

Been on keto for about a month and a half. Started early december and stayed pretty strong through the holidays minus a couple slip ups.

Down 16lbs and 2 belt sizes.Daily keto range is 1.5-2.8 at the moment. Began incorporating the gym and cardio last week.

I miss beer. I think that's a major contribution to the weight loss....but i really miss beer. Especially around a crawfish/crab boil.

ETA: also, I intermittent fast daily

Me too. We shucked oysters Sunday, and it was hard not to cheat, but I've been having such good results, I didn't want to blow it.

Same here. We had wings(i only ate hot sauce on them) and i drank water. I'm not a big whiskey drinker and IMO, that isn't the pairing i want with wings...lol

Good job man! Keep up the hard work. Don’t stress over your blood ketone range. Just eat the right macros and that settles itself.

Just think of the goals you want to achieve and the longevity you are tnrying to achieve and beer seems small in comparison!

There is a number drawn on my scale that I have to consistently hit before I am allow 1 sniff of a king cake. Its a difficult number, and its the weight at which I graduated college and only 15 lbs from my 1st big target.

Fortunately, if your body was recently fat adapted it’s easier and faster to fall back into ketosis after a carb binge than if you’re trying to go from glucose straight to ketones.
