The Gurt Mega Thread

I’ve been on the gurt for like 5 years, basically since the original thread. I think it helps with muscle recovery. There were some in here who said it made your hair grow back and wrinkles go away but I don’t really have those problems. Also it makes you not need to eat. On days that I don’t go to work I’ll eat a spoonful of gurt like every 5 hours and be good to go

Here’s how to make gurt

First get a yogurt maker: I recommend the instapot. I think the ones newer than like 2018 have a yogurt setting and it works good

And I usually make a gallon at a time with 2 quarts heavy cream and 2 quarts half and half

For your first batch put 10 of the pills in and a few spoonfuls of inulin in your pot and stir and let it sit for 36 hours

The first batch will be kinda runny but just eat it and save like a couple cups of it to start the next batch and put 5 pills in going forward. I’ve found you don’t have to crush up the pills
