Can't trust him anyways.

That's what I've gathered over the past few months of following him. Good program, just bad management.

At one time he was great at this, now...he is terrible at PR and keeping his word.

Thanks. Monday and Thursdays says "press". Am I to assume that's a standing overhead press? Any substitute if my ceiling is too low to do standing OHPs?

Yes, press=standing overhead press

You can sub in an variant- sitting, zpress, db-standing or sitting, Behind the back, push press, just a true vertical press. Pick one and get as strong as you can on it.

What is the rest between sets? 30 seconds? Time to start something new. Been off for 2 weeks and need to drop some lbs. Going to do the modified routine you posted or thr aesthetics.

I've always read it should be a specific time unless you are doing a program that has explicit times. Rest between heavy sets should be long enough to catch your breath, but not so long as to get relaxed. For some people that might be 30 seconds, for others that might be 3 minutes.

Someone correct me if I am off base. I am learning too.

For the strength lifts I suggest a min of 90 seconds but 2-3 min is optimal for most.

Your write up has a section concerning body weight exercises being critically important, "homework". But, the fat loss programming has no mention of including this where as some others do. Should I be including frequency method burpees right now or not?

Also, suggestions for the 20-minute aerobic solution for T/TH?

Should be good to go.

I still have a frick ton to upload. I have way more now than before.

I have all of the opex courses I need to upload. Some more athletes acceleration and the diet MBA summit is coming up which will provide a ton.

Not to mention the 200 SWIS seminar videos I still need to download lol.
