I routinely see Amazon sales on various reputable brands for ~$10-$12/lb for isolate and ~$6/lb for concentrate

I believe that’s stuff still left over, not newly manufactured. I would look for 15+ concentrate and 20$ isolate prices across the board.

From my understanding, less about inflation more to do with something with supply chain, something on the farm end and so lack of supply….. so n like many things since the COVID bullshite

On a related note, anyone have a good recommendation for a caffeine-free pre workout? I feel like I need a little boost. I drink a lot of coffee, so that's why the caffeine-free part. I want to build back up to 3 HIIT, 3 endurance cardio and 5 to 6 strength sessions per week, so that's eventually going to be "2 a days". Ultimately, I'm going to need a protein/recovery recommendation as well, but for now I want to add 1 thing at a time.

Well I guess beating your body to a pulp is one way to go about it.

If you are just trying to hold off aging as far as aesthetics, diet needs to play a bigger factor than all of that hard cardio

If trying to hold it off from an athletic performance standpoint, start training like an athlete with jumps, throws, mobility and strength and train for performance

And under no circumstances unless you are juiced do you need to be strength training 6x per week

Now if you just like doing all of that and enjoy it and feel it helps you stay on track…by all means, but it’s totally overboard

I'm not a lunatic. I've been lifting weights for 40+ years. I like to do splits, too. I'm not doing anything 6 days per week. Couple of leg days, couple of pull days, a press day, etc.

My go-to non-stim pre w/o is beta alanine & creatine mixed in either Gatorade Zero or reg Gatorade pending training goals that day. Works for me. I'll also occasionally mix phenylethylamine HCL in.
