Need to take the creatine at least 2 hours after the caffeine. This is directly from creapure who manufacture creatine. They two don't go well together.
Gonna need 777’s take on this

they can cause some GI discomfort when taking together but you are not wasting your time.

i mean there are some effects but very very small and not worth concerning yourself over imo.

Ftr it was originally proposed that caffeine could blunt the ergogenic effect of creatine because of opposite effects on muscle relaxation but the research shows no real significant effect.

If your Pre has caffeine in it you are wasting your time
Way to take a SINGLE study and draw far reaching conclusions.

While these data are thought-provoking, it’s far from clear whether caffeine and creatine should be consumed separately to maximize their ergogenic effects. For instance, despite caffeine potentially diminishing creatine’s ergogenic effect when ingested during creatine loading, other studies found that after five to six days of creatine loading, supplementation with caffeine before an exercise test enhanced performance. It's more likely that the manufacturer said that caffeine "may" blunt some benefits of creatine if taken simultaneously, which is a far cry from it being a "waste of time". And if they didn't say it like that, they need to hire somebody who understands that a single fricking study has never proved anything conclusively in the history of research.

#1 It’s more than one study which I linked.
#2 Dave Palumbo when he was formulating his pre workout product wanted to add creapure creatine to it. When he spoke to the actual creapure manufacturer in Germany they told him not to bother since his pre contains caffeine. Why would they say this?

Did this last night. Literally as easy as its written and extremely good. Have diabetic son so always searching for low carb/high protein foods and try to and new ways to cook it so he does not get burned out on stuff and he loved it.
Will put this one in the rotation along with taco meat, pork chops, and grilled/baked fish.
