Get an ab-roller and some fat-loss pills from Walmart.

Go to GNC instead of Walmart for even better results.

If you are really serious...

Just lose weight. There's really no other way to lose fat.

Spot reduction is not possible. The only cure is a general reduction in fat plus maybe gaining some muscle.

If you're getting back into it after time off, pick a good linear weight program, find a coherent diet strategy you can stick to and do both for the forseeable future. That's the only real solution.

Bad news, no magic pills. Good news, if you pick right, you just have to consistently execute to get results.

It's a very invasive procedure though

I'd rather be fat than go under the knife for that

Spot reduction is real, it's just not worth the trouble it takes for the small measurable results it produces. But make no mistake about it, increasing blood flow to a specific area and then do a form of HiiT will spot reduce.

Too much of a pain in the arse though.

OP real simple, fricking eat less.
