Keep doing what you’re doing (I see from your posts you’re focused on dieting as well) and you will see results very quickly. Your confidence is going to skyrocket, too. All of this shite just takes time.

Yeah. Knee sleeves a must. I would think the graceful dropping of he knee becomes way more violent in no time at all.

I think we have 11.1 today....

10 min AMRAP
30 dubs
15 P.Snatch (75/55)

I did that as 14.1 for my first open workout.

I could do on double at a time. As a grown man I felt like I wanted to cry. I cant remember my score, but it was pretty low.

Didn’t realize it was 14.1 as well. Have never tried this one, as I haven’t been doing this long enough. I’m pretty proficient in doubles. It’ll be interesting to see the effect the snatches have on the forearms and my aerobic conditioning is terrible.

*i did do this according to BTWB in 2015. I did 3 rounds. That was about 8 months into Crossfit for me so I was learning dubs and 75lb power snatches for 15 reps were sweaty AF.

Hope to improve those reps today.

Any tips on cues for hip explosion on cleans? I am looking over some pics that a coach took a couple of weeks ago and I seem to be having trouble on a getting to full extension.

Others have said it, but slow it down. Put some light weight on there. Pull the bar off the ground. Pause at the knees. Then again at your hips. Then pull. Do a few hang cleans. Once you get a feeling for that, go through the full motion, but go slow. Focus on getting the bar to the hip without extending to early.

In your pic, your feet need to be down. I realize that is because you are jumping early, but your fix could be as easy as that. Weight in the mid-foot. Focus on that.

You arms look good, which is usually a problem area. Stay over the bar as long as your can until you start your transition. Be patient and let that vertical jump take place.. Trust your power. Trust physics.

I think I strained my esophagus eating that first donut in 6 seconds and then grabbing the 2nd. I think I could shave 20 secs off my time if I paced the donut eating better.

If anyone needs knee sleeves, hit me up. I have 5mm and 7mm in sizes up to XL in 4 different colors.

Are these something special or are they the things you find at Walgreens in the joint pain area?

I want to watch foot do the 400 meter lunges. I'll probably bring beer.

I have a small CF apparel and accessory brand.

You won’t find the thicker neoprene compression sleeves in your local stores.

Here is one of the designs.

Probably an accommodation issue. I’ve perfected the technique. I eat better than most.

For the record, this little couplet was painful. 7:34.

I had a plan to rest in front rack and not break. I wasn’t even close to right!

Today was 16.3. I did the scaled version for 6 rounds and 10 more reps.

7min amrap
Scaled version was 10 power snatch @ 45lb, 6 jumping ctb pullups.

On a side note, I had my annual checkup. After I left I decided to take at the diagnoses I've had in the last year and half or so.. no wonder I've felt like shite a lot..

Close enough. I am an IP backbone guy at an ISP, so I hardly see sunlight while at work and I have horrible sleep patterns. I have no idea how could ever be anemic, I eat so much fricking meat.
