Read one website that recommended whole wheat crusts because they had more fiber and said there was no sugar. Um, the wheat converts to sugar, doesn't it?

Anyway, whats the verdict on this crust?

Carbs are sugar. Use a fathead crust.

It’s lower in calorie and helps certain people meet their macro needs, especially keto dieters.

Really depends.

Most of them are only marginally healthier because they still are mostly wheat, there's just a bit of cauliflower throwing in.

If you can find true cauliflower crusts then obviously that's much healthier.

If you want to do 'healthy' pizzas that are not keto-specific and high fat, use high fiber tortillas or lavash bread.

My wife makes a fat head keto pizza and it’s insane. I don’t even want regular pizza anymore just that keto pizza.

I just looked it up. That seems way more appetizing than cauliflower crust. I've done cauliflower crust and its just meh. I'll sacrifice carbs on my other meals or workout before supper for some real thin crust pizza.

If you like flatbread/cracker crust pizza then I can't recommend these more highly:
