I’ll always enjoy watching guys who have jobs like that figure out how to do them in the most efficient way possible. It’s amazing how skilled guys get at driving railroad spikes, moving furniture, unloading 18 wheelers, etc.

I drive railroad spikes everyday. Its not that impressive of a feat. Its all about when you come down on the spike with a spike maul or a sledgehammer, to "roll" it.

When I was in the Navy in Iceland my roommate was this skinny guy with girly looking arms but that frikker was strong. He was the arm wrestling champ of our barracks. These weight lifter guys would come looking for him ,having heard his reputation. Some of them would have wrists bigger than his biceps but nobody could beat him.He also had a grip like a vise.Guess he was just a freak of nature.

Whatever you say I’ve watched groups of 3 guys rhythmically drive spikes and it’s amazing to me. Not my cup of tea I guess lol

I had a friend in college who was 5'9 140 and looked tiny. He could only bench in the 140-150 range, but he had done gymnastics in high school. He wasn't really big into lifting and would just mess around in the gym doing pullups and muscle-ups.

One day some guys were deadlifting and my friend decided to jump in and give it a shot. He lifted 405 . Still never got into weightlifting after that.

I delivered office supplies one summer. I’m still amazed at what I could do with boxes of paper.

I've seen too many videos on social media of 110 lb. girls deadlifting and squatting 400-500 lbs. to be impressed by this.
