re: Are BPC-157 pills effective?

BPC Injections work systemically. I injected in my stomach for some tricep tendonitis and felt recovery in my achilles tendonitis that I wasn't even thinking about.

I liked it up until the finale, but they left me completely uninterested in a second season.

I had a friend in college who was 5'9 140 and looked tiny. He could only bench in the 140-150 range, but he had done gymnastics in high school. He wasn't really big into lifting and would just mess around in the gym doing pullups and muscle-ups.

One day some guys were deadlifting and my friend decided to jump in and give it a shot. He lifted 405 . Still never got into weightlifting after that.
I've been going back and forth on whether or not I want Hunter. Here is a video scouting report on Hunter by a Lakers fan. It's really cool and actually spends a lot more time talking about his weaknesses than showing his good highlights, so it's probably a good video for you to watch.

What I love about Hunter: High floor, can contribute early because he's great at defense, great at threes, and is smart. There's also the chance that the UVA slow-pace hid his offensive potential, and he might be able to break out. If we really want someone to just space the floor and lock people down, then we should pick him.

Bonus point: He dominated Culver in the national championship game and hit a clutch three to send the game to overtime. 27 points on 8-16 after starting 0-7. 9 rebounds. Culver scored 15 points.

Don't like: I don't think he has the aggression or "it-factor" to become a great scorer. There's a segment of the video I linked where it talks about how he doesn't go after rebounds, and that's something I noticed watching a lot of UVA games. It seemed like Hunter should have been out there taking over games, but he would randomly disappear for large chunks of games. Even when he scores, it just seems calm and relaxing.

I'm afraid that in a few years we'd regret not grabbing someone like Garland who could end up as a superstar on offense to pair with Zion.
UVA plays NC State tomorrow, so it could get even worse.

This game is exciting, and Trae Young is a monster, but Big 12 defense is as bad as in football. It would be fun to see OU match up with UVA's defense.

re: 1260 on the PSAT for a sophomore...

Well, apparently they've completely changed how the PSAT works in the last five years so that it's not very simple to explain the scoring anymore. Overview: You take the PSAT as a junior and if you score high enough relative to your state, you become a National Merit Semifinalist. They weed a few people out and the rest become National Merit Finalists. Some schools will give an extra thousand dollars for that, while some schools will give full rides full of luxury. Just about everyone applying to an Ivy League school will at least be a Semifinalist. The score you need is different for every state. About five years ago when I got it in Louisiana, I scored a 210, but my cousin in Texas scored ~220 and didn't get it (I don't know what those scores convert to now).

From what I gather, 1260 is high enough that the person can study and maybe qualify for National Merit (get a lot of money) next year, but not high enough to brag about on the internet. I didn't even do well as a sophomore, but that summer I got a big book of practice tests (known as the "Blue Book") and just ran through a few of them and my score went up about 40 points.

This website looks like it has a lot of info.

Just got home from the game. Witnessed some legendary defense on that court.

I use an index card as a bookmark. I keep a pencil with me when I read. I look up every word I don't know on my phone and write it down on the index card.

Well, that's what I used to do. Now I just skip words I don't know and regret it later.
I was once at jury duty selection for a malpractice suit against Nanda. I instantly got myself released for going to school with some of his kids. I ended up serving on jury for a double homicide instead.
