I went through the eval and my ankles are my weak point.
It’ll create a pre workout routine based on your workout that day.
First 2 weeks are free.

Yeah it does sound interesting. My ideal pre-workout warmup is 25+ minutes and almost a necessity to make my 40 year old body function like it did at 18 years old.
I generally start slow and then get into stretches after breaking a sweat. Sometimes adding simple juggling to get the right/left brain in sync. Towards end of warmup, get the heart rate higher and closer to max effort.
When lifting weights, part of warmup may include as many dips, pull-ups, etc that I can do (between stretching or other warmup stuff).

Signed up at a new CF gym last Monday which uses SugarWOD. Most days there have been two warm-ups, with the latter being movement specific to strength and workout. Has been welcome addition to programming. My former gym used Ben Smith's Blueprint.
I need to look in to GOWOD.

Lot of people at the CrossFit gym I go to use it and love it. Since it targets weaknesses you’ll actually improve areas you miss or skip. Helps big time in olympic movements and overhead positions.
