I average about 18-22 grams per day on about 2800 total cals per day. But my shite has just been mush like a chocolate shake consistently for months now. 95% of my carbs come from rice and potatoes so there isn't a lot of fiber there. I do eat a banana or some sort of fruit every day and have a serving of mixed vegetables about every other day. Is it worth supplementing for this?

Benefiber makes chewable tablets that aren’t bad. Men can take up to three a day.

I've made it a specific goal to hit 38g per day. It's a mix of prebiotic fiber and insoluble fiber. I supplement with powdered inulin and then eat apples, beans, asparagus, and other sources during the day. I'm also doing a 90 day test with a probiotic to see if that makes any difference.

Pretty regular over here......

I encourage supplementation where diets fall short

Just be Careful on the supplements because some contain a lot of nonsense including sugar.

A salad is a good way to add some fiber.

I do Metamucil in my low-carb protein powder shaker bottle drink in the morning, plus 3-4 gummies. Then 3-4 gummies in the later afternoon.
Plus good vegetables and salads where possible.

I mix benefiber in with my preworkout and water everyday before the gym

And I’ll throw some in also with my protein shakes

Can’t really overdo it with fiber and I can tell when I haven’t used it in a few days

Beans and lentils are an easy way to get fiber intake up.

If supplementation is needed, Psyllium husk fiber mixed in a protein shake works great and satiates hunger.

When I think I haven't had enough fiber those high fiber keto tortillas make a good snack. Thin smear of Nutella or PB turns it into a tasty treat.
