Rx for arthritis

I have arthritis in my hands and hip. The rheumatologist has ruled out rheumatoid arthritis with bloodwork and an MRI, so it's just good old fashioned osteoarthritis. I've tried Celebrex, Diclofenac, Duexis, Mobic, and Voltaren (cream). What is left to try? Has anyone had success with anything else? On a different path, has anyone had any pain relief by reducing nightshades in your diet? I've heard this is one of the most inflammatory classes of produce.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Keto idiots will come tell you its 100% carbs.
There a number of things I would try for about 2 weeks and log the results.
1. CBD, some people swear by it.
2. A low carb diet, including keto. Low carb can decrease inflammation.
3. No dairy. Probably a pretty good idea anyway, imo.
4. Carnivore. Id try this only if you don't get any results with any thing else.

Have you tried stretching or yoga? I have been having wrist and hip issues and started a regular routine to try and stretch for at least 20-30 minutes a day. Hasn’t completely gotten rid of pain, but has helped a lot.

Keto...seriously try keto it’s the most anti-inflammatory diet possible.
Give it a run for 30-60 days and see how you feel. I guarantee your arthritis will decrease.

I said keto may work, but keto idiots also exist.

I get it and agree. It's just that this board should be a respite from all the bickering, especially when there's no keto idiots posting things.

As long as there's no vegan idiots posting I think we should be alright.
