Yea I fell off the bus wagon for the last three weeks diet wise until yesterday. Went from 194 up to 207 in that time frame. Didn't stop working out though.
Got back on diet yesterday.

155lbs
Bench-the bar with a 10 and a 5 on each side
Squat-haven’t max’d out yet(don’t have a spotter)
Deadlift-I don’t think I really need to deadlift that much
Want to be pure muscle by July.

Since January when I started getting back into lifting, I have added about 15lbs, it is not all muscle

I still looked jacked and weigh about the same as I did before the pinched nerve flared up, but my pressing movements are shite.

Hell no. I ain't doing anymore classes. I about died in an orange theory class. I know it's not the same but circuits kill me.
