yep, that is what happens after losing 400lbs and having skin removal surgery and then gaining it all back (plus) and re-stretching the skin out.

You'd think that a person losing the weight once and experiencing how hard it is to lose it would know better than anyone it's easier to maintain a healthy weight than to yo-yo.
I feel bad for him; obesity to that degree is usually comorbid with other mental health issues. He's likely to be on the rollercoaster the rest of his life.
