Good job dude. Are you just dieting or also lifting or cardio or a mix?

Breakfast this morning was 4 eggs. Lunch was 10 oz of ground beef with mustard. Now, I'm enjoying my protein shake. Dinner will likely be 6 oz sirloin with 5 eggs. I may substitute the eggs with sweet potato but I doubt it.

I'm tired just reading about that much red meat My whole body feels different after I eat beef now. It's a great treat for me.

Good luck!

Dieting and 5 days a week lifting. Everyday getting 8000 steps.

I’ve grown a fondness for low carb with lots of beef.

I hit 185 this morning! I’m down from 215 since mid-April and it feels awesome. When I first changed my eating habits and started lifting and walking/running, I didn’t have a weight goal in mind. But I believe 177-180 is realistic.

The face gains are what makes me so happy but I didn’t feel like showing face on here. Very happy for myself as I’ve really tried my hardest to get to this point. Onward to 210 then I’m going to evaluate and decide to keep going or not.

I feel like I’ve offset a ton of weight loss with muscle but I’m so happy I have. I love the gym now.

Shirt on the left was 3x. Shirt on the right is xl

224 down 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks.
Ran my first sub 8 min mile since my 20s last night at 7.41.
Seeing my numbers mileage-speed-vo2-resting HR move in positive directions has definitely been a motivator.
Anyone trying to lose weight or improve health should have some sort of smart watch and track results daily.

Agree on fitness tracker. I was wearing an Apple Watch and Whoop before I shattered my watch. When I was first getting into fitness, the watch helped gamify it for me so it was nice competition with myself.

My next step is going to be improving my v02 and resting. What wearable do you have that measures v02?

awesome man

i dunno wtf...gained more weight and was 190 flat this morning. only thing i can think of is i raised my testosterone dose to 200mg/week from 140 because they switched me from 10ml vials to 1ml vials and im not leaving ~0.25ml every time. its not fat because its not possible, has to be water. I look better though so must mainly be intra-muscular.

Down to 197 this morning. Shedding that vacation water weight in a 100 degree shed yesterday.

Live look at my mind fighting my body everytime I think about ordering 100 chicken wings or heading to the candy machine for no reason:

You've been down that road

FNG question. Does this stand for starting weight/current weight/target weight? Just want to make sure I understand the numbers.

My workouts have been feeling like dog shite. Lightheaded, seeing spots, weak, etc. just have to move really slow.

I guess I am eating way less so.. normal. Might have to try to front load my calories on gym days (I usually go at lunchtime) as long as I don't get nauseated.

I haven't been tracking. Just managing portions by weighing things out.

Morning:
60g oats
1scoop protein
2tbps ground flax seed
2-3 Brazil nuts, chopped

~500-600cal

Lunch:
6oz of protein (chicken thigh or breast, 903/7 beef, etc)
Carb source for 60-70g of carbs. Can of beans, for example.
Some side veg

~700cal

I usually get hungry in the late afternoon so I'll eat an apple or some other fruit, about

~200cal

Dinner similar to lunch.. ~700cal

So ~2200 cal.

Gotcha. I don’t think that’s ya problem. Taking any hypertensive meds? Bp may be lower than it was before starting.
