Eli Lilly and novo nordisk, yeah. But a compound pharmacy charging the price of what the pens cost is total ripoff. Those raws are coming from the Same China factories as our peptides.

Kickin arse

I’ve been bouncing 218-220 for a few weeks now. All the summer trips slowing me down. After the 4th, I’m cracking down hard and moving towards 210. bf% steadily falling though which is my ultimate goal at this point.

biggest change has been....every two weeks i order 15 lbs of meat from just meats and use that as my main supplement during the day along with fairlife protein shakes to make my life easier

How have you been liking the Just Meats? What are your best tasting recommendations?

I've almost pulled the trigger on them multiple times. That would seem to take out the hardest part of having good meat available - the constant buying and prep.

I'm the only one that really eats meat in my house, so Butcher Box didn't work for me it was too much food and too much prep.

Yea it’s stupid how cheap and easy it is once you get used to it. Especially if you already have easy way to buy bitcoin

I like the following so far

Pulled pork
Teriyaki beef
Chimichuri beef
Hawaiian chicken and the pork
Buffalo chicken
Texas chicken thighs
Sweet and spicy pork

Brisket was only ok, but that’s not fair because the best brisket in the state of LA is right down the road and it ain’t lean lol

Didn’t care for raspberry chicken and neither did my son

Chicken pound is a another easy one but it doesn’t come in the containers just a vacuum bag so would work fine for dinner but not really for work in a microwave

Has made life a lot easier for sure

Where’s this? May try it next time I’m over that way.

And which fairlife shakes you drinking? The ones from Sam’s? The core power ones?

not sure wtf was up this morning, weight 188.8, and i didnt even come close to eating over maintenance...so maybe water.

only thing i did different yesterday was i had 2 cucumbers

breakfast- 1 fairlife 42g protein shake and a ratio greek yogurt 25g protein

lunch- 8oz of Hawaiian chicken from just meats. roughly 440 cals, 18g fat, 6g carbs

dinner- 10oz chicken breast, 2 large cucumbers, 2tbsp lite ranch

bed- 1/2 fairlife core power 42g

should have ended around ~1500 calories, 200+ g protien and under 50g carbs and 40ish g fat

so not sure wtf up with the water weight. I know it cant be fat because i didnt eat 9k calories.

guess we will see if i shed it today pretty quickly.

It's pretty frustrating to see when you're watching calories and busting your arse, but I try to focus on the weekly average. I assume it's just water for whatever reason.

280/206.4/190

The last 3 weeks have been aggravating weight wise. I've been as low as 203.8 and as high as 208.4. The main thing I've changed is focusing on electrolytes. LMNT published their base recipe so I've been adding 1 serving a day during my workout. I'm guessing that would cause me to hold some additional water weight? I've also been drinking close to a gallon of water while doing yard work/grilling/working outside. Heat index of 90 @ 4AM sucks.

The recipe for what I'm drinking is:
20oz water
1 tsp Stevia
2 Tbs Lime Powder
1/2 tsp Table Salt
1/4 tsp Potassium Chloride
1/4 tsp Magnesium Malate
5g Creatine
Fresh fruit for flavor (cherries, oranges, etc)

Edit: Wanted to add that I bought some new shirts and swimsuit (both XL). Tried them on at home and they didn't fit. Never thought I'd get to a point where XL was too big on me. Seems not that long ago when I was buying XXL shirts/shorts. Went back to the store and bought large shirts and swimsuit and they fit great. Wife was checking out the swimsuit and according to her, "it fits great everywhere, but your thighs are getting huge!". I took that as a compliment!

That was a fun week.

This morning: 270/200/185

Stupid vacation week water weight and indulgent dinners and alcohol and not working out.

Back on the wagon.

239 this morning. Down from 304 but up from where I was at a month ago. Hit a slump this past month where I was eating too much junk.

With perfect timing, our pastor challenged the congregation to fast from something for 40 days (He preached a series on 40 days). I will be fasting from processed foods for these 40 days. No super crazy rules. Shopping on the outside aisle with exception to bread. I am allowing myself whey and supplements. Started Sunday morning and am already feeling great. Defintely in Ketosis as well as being in a caloric deficit. Todays workout was the best workout I've had in three weeks.

Breakfast this morning was 4 eggs. Lunch was 10 oz of ground beef with mustard. Now, I'm enjoying my protein shake. Dinner will likely be 6 oz sirloin with 5 eggs. I may substitute the eggs with sweet potato but I doubt it.
