2 meals a day would be tough for me. I can’t process that much clean food in one sitting. Now pizza ……..

Think that may be part of my issue.

Lunch at 12-1
Lift usually around 2
Dinner around 6

Been getting hungry as hell around 8 lately (self induced…) which leaves me in the pantry grabbing processed crap. So I’m thinking I may start doing 3 meals. Have a 3rd meal packed with chicken breast around 8-9.

For me it's easier to get everything in if I eat early. I'm typically getting close to 80g of protein before 7:30 AM - make a scramble with about 20-25 eggs, spinach, and 1-2 pounds of ground turkey and wrap it in 5 tortillas and I have breakfast for a week. I also usually have some fruit and an oikos yogurt (15g of protein). I start every weekday like that and I'll typically end up getting too much protein lol. Lunch is usually potatoes and rice and gravy with a beef roast. Dinner I change things up but always either chicken, beef, pork, or seafood.

My meal plan this week is a little light on fat; I had over half of my day's fat left at dinner, so I put 7g butter and 28g cheese on my potatoes

Amazing how much more you appreciate that after not getting that much fat for a few weeks.

Tomorrow/rest of week ill do more almond butter in my breakfast and that should square up my day.

Inbody results after 15 weeks. I ran Maps Strong and stayed in a surplus almost the entire time:

Weight: 190>198.6
SMM: 89.1>93.3
Body fat (lbs): 34.1>35.9
Body fat %: 18.0>18.1

Tonight I leave for a 10 day vacation which will consist of a hardcore liquor binge. After that the plan is to go back to PPSA. I'm going to run elbow meat to try to get my grip strength up and then I want to test my maxes before Squatober. I may do a 2 week mini cut when I get back from vacation depending on how much damage I do

Compliance

Switching to maintenance for a week, "diet break". Still meal plan and whatnot just eating more cals. Crush some workouts.

Had an inbody scan this morning for post-summer vacations wreckage analysis and to set a baseline for an 8-month re-composition journey.

Weight: Up 3.7 lbs (272.2)
SMM: Up .4 lbs (124.1)
PBF: Up .7% (21.2%)

Basal Metabolic Rate: 2471 cals

Plan is to watch the diet through upping protein intake, cutting back on alcohol (no beer in the house) and 60 minutes of exercise on the Apple Watch every day.

Haven't decided what I'm doing in Nov or Dec yet. Planned to do deadcemeber but not sure now, might focus on upper body after squatober

I was hoping to get the bench over 400 lbs so I might run benchaholic instead of Dr. Jacked.

Underate macros most of the week.. Carbon gave me 2700 cals and my Ozempic makes me sick if I eat that much. Had a couple of beers last night, first alcohol since 7/3. Going to refrain again until I go on a little mini vacation 8/18 - 22.. in hindsight I shouldve kept plugging along in fat loss til the vacation

265/263.2/220

Back to fat loss.. new macros:
179 protein
195 carb
72 fat

Plain yogurt with honey and peanut butter stirred in. You won’t be hungry after that.

Check in for me

Not my best. I have been trying to get

Protein-250g
Carbs-130
Fat- 55

Not been doing my best though. I was 197 about 2 weeks ago, but haven't been very strict last 2 weeks and you see the results.

Honestly just finished ppsa strongville and I have gotten stronger and look much better so was kind of surprised by the results, really surprised honestly.

Starting Silverback remastered tomorrow and need to get my arse in order.

Good to see the PBF pointed in the right direction, now is the time to make some progress since we are a couple months out from some major holidays. I refuse to follow any sort of diet on Turkey Day or Xmas.

Definitely a reasonable goal, my goal from here until next March is recomp. My next scan is 9/6 and I’ll adjust accordingly afterwards.
