I have one more vacation to Colorado this summer before a nice break until the end of December. Hope to get in a few PPSA programs before that vacation.

Haven't started ppsa

But I did squats 2 days ago and I can barely walk. I went light and all.. Was doing 245x5 for 5 sets last time I did them at crossfit. Did 3 sets of 185x5 and my quads were twitching after frick

Did some deads today, I'm gonna be lit up this weekend

Haha deadlifts give me the best feeling the day after. Do your best to keep it tight this weekend.

Get the momentum going and keep it going.

Time for another diet. Old starting weight was 260 and went to 200, but I’ll use current weight. 6’ tall.

211/211/195

Hope to hit 195 within six weeks.

It doesn't annoy me at all. You seem like a nice enough guy and want to do the right things, but you find every opportunity to not and then always have an excuse.

At some point you can either nut up, or you can be overweight forever. Those are just the facts.

I've lost 100lb and kept it off, and I've beaten the statistics just by doing that. I've been at this since 2011, I'm not going anywhere. I'll keep complaining and trying and fricking up and trying again because that is how I'll eventually get to where I want to go.

Everyone does this their own way.

Did an InBody scan this AM. Surprised by the numbers. My plan is to get one done after every other PPSA program

Weight 208
Skeletal muscle mass 106.5
BF 10.9%

I don’t know if I’m just really hard on myself or what but I figured I’d be way more than 10.9%. Assumed around 15% If I recall correctly last time I did one of these scans I was 20%+ in BF at around 220. This was about 4 years ago w no consistency in the gym.

Has me questioning the accuracy.

Yeah that’s what I did. No water or anything.

Just thought I’d see more abs at 10.9% so that’s why I’m questioning it.

Well what does 8 weeks of shite diet, being in the road and very little workouts get you????? 7 lbs gained, 1 lbs of smm lost and 3% body fat gained

That's on, vacations are officially over, this weekend is last weekend of all stars and all sports until football and fall baseball start back up in a couple of months

Plan for rest of the year is to run the following

Ppsa welcome to Strongsville
Ppsa Silverback remastered
Ppsa let's pregame
Ppsa squatober
Ppsa how much you bench
Deadcemeber

Will get a scan done between pregame and squatober and again before starting mainly upper body focus using ppsa programs in January.

Using the lean gains macro calculator I will be at following macros

Cals-2075
Protein 260
Carbs- 125
Fat-60

Gonna try and get 10k steps in per day, off days gonna try and swim alot. Just trying to get 4 days per week lifting, hit diet consistently and then augment with as much non exercise activity as I can.

I've been doing this. At worst, it cancels a few beers out if I have too many. At best, it'll speed up my fat loss.
