No, definitely not. More power to you!

My favorite thing to do when going out of town is finding great local food and breweries. The consequences are worth it to me, especially if there's food I can't get in btr. Got some damn fine Cuban in Florida, and several meals I had fish we don't get in LA.

Someone help me with protein options. Started avatar nutrition last week and basically have found that ive only been eating fat and carbs. What’s your go to heavy protein food that isn’t chicken breast? (Although I figure I’ll be eating this a lot)

On my way back from vacation. Great time at the beach. Plenty of sun, tanning and fun in the water. Drank beer, ate food, don’t care. Back to the grind today. Already ate 120+ grams of protein this morning. Let’s get it!

Back on the grind! I already feel better.. it's fun to eat like crap and drink for a short time, but man it really makes you feel bad after a few days.

Nice! Arms/Chest/Back/Abs for me today.
Gym was super crowded yesterday, lots of soccer moms with 15lbs on the machines jumping back and forth every 30 seconds, I was annoyed. hopefully they all feel awful from chick fil a today and stay home

Idk man I was on vacation all weekend too. Sucks that the back of the mind is constantly thinking about protein (definitely didn’t get enough)

Also I only drink like once a month max. I used to drink quite frequently when I was younger, but now if I drink heavily 1-2 days my whole skeletal system feels sore as shite and my body just feels swollen days afterward.

Can’t wait until Friday... eating right and a couple 24 hour fasts to feel normal again.

I definitely agree. Start feeling guilty knowing the damage being done.

I am down to around 1-2 drinks/week at most when not vacationing. I have noticed two things: 1) Any alcohol at all within a few hours of bed absolutely WRECKS my sleep and 2) More than 1-2 drinks/week highly affects my weight loss efforts. I thought I just slept like shite, but even 1oz of bourbon or a beer 2hrs before bed and I wake up all night long. My sleep is much improved since I implemented two changes to my life: 1) No alcohol at all 3hrs before bed and 2) no caffeine after 3PM. Next I want to work on no TV or phone an hour before bed, but it's hard to give up because after working all day then gym and dinner in the evening, I only get like 1hr of TV a day between 8:30-9:30PM then it's time to go to bed.
