Any recommendations for protein drink with least carbs/sugars? So many different ones it’s hard to choose.

If making your own:
2 scoops Promix Chocolate Whey Isolate
6-8 oz Almond Milk
1/2 cup full fat plain yogurt
Ice (or frozen banana- more carbs)
Has great taste

30 grams protein, 3 carbs. I can chug these all day. They taste great.

I like to use these as my liquid for smoothies.

I use ON Vanilla Ice Cream as a base. Can add PB, fruit, cocoa powder, etc. Fats are what you want.

Get an unflavored weigh isolate. I use Promix Whey Isolate. (30g protein, 2g sugar, 125 calories per scoop). I have also used Impact Whey Isolate from MyProtein which is cheaper.

They also go well mixed with black coffee in the morning. Well, the caramel and the chocolate do. Never tried the other flavors in coffee. But it makes a nice little early morning pick me up with added protein and no sugar. At least no more sugar than whats in the shake alone.

If you just want powder I do unflavored NOW whey protein isolate. Taste like butthole but I just chug it like a man.
I also buy these Greek yogurt protein drinks that have < 10 g of sugar. Solid ingredients. Better than majority of store bought protein drinks. It’s called Powerful. Or something like that. Good flavors
I will say for the Premier Protein drink people are recommending it does contain artificial sweeteners which aren’t very good for you especially if this is something you’re going to drink everyday. Whereas Powerful uses stevia

This. I had to give up most protein powders because I’ve found that Sucralose in particular causes me to have PVCs (heart palpitations) for hours after consumption.
