Speaking of the tingles, I've felt them before with C4 and a couple of other PWOs. However, it's usually only for a few minutes (roughly 20 minutes after taking). Once I start my workout, the tingles either go away or maybe I just get used to them and don't realize they're still there.
Is this the same for everyone else?

Just be careful with the caffeine. It can act like a drug in the body and is very addictive. I used to drink multiple cups of coffee a day and take pre workout supplements. I had gotten so accustomed to it that I became dependent on it and didn’t realize it. Without it I became depressed and needed my fix or I just wasn’t going to be happy.
I only realized I had a problem when I went to the dr with heart palpitations that would last 24/7 every single day. They didn’t want to find the root cause so just misdiagnosed me with anxiety disorder and threw antidepressants at me. I gained 30 lbs in 2 months without upping my calories due to the antidepressants altering my metabolism.
I decided to quit antidepressants and through trial and error eliminate possible culprits. As soon as I got rid of caffeine I went through months of terrible withdrawals but my anxiety went away and I haven’t touched caffeine since. I only drink decaf now because I also believe my body doesn’t metabolize caffeine well. It just builds up in my system whereas most people can metabolize caffeine pretty quickly. One cup of coffee or Diet Coke will make me feel high as a kite. I only drink decaf now and that’s a good placebo for me.

I tried a preworkout before. Not sure what the name was, but I could feel my pupil's restrict after taking it. Couldn't go to sleep at night. Had to stop and just go workout without it.

My son introduced me to C4 Original. Tried it today and had a great workout. Felt a tingling in my face and a slight flush. Sweated more than usual and rested less between sets. I’ll keep using it but may not use a full scoop to see how it affects the tingle and flush.
