Damn good workout. About 80 minutes. Felt like I was back in Backarms University. I supersetted the push downs & push-ups and only got 7 push-ups the first time. I had to add in 30 seconds rest.

Hell of a workout. 75 minutes. I got nothing left in tank. And now time to go cut the grass.

Knocked out Oak Tree Day 5 this morning. Plan on taking tomorrow off and resting for the start of Pool Season Monday!

W3d4 of Benchamin Franklin saw 20 sets and 104 reps on BB flat bench. Feeling strong as shite, and the need for 2-3 lbs of beef in my tummy.

Day 28 done , went ahead and maxed bench at the end of the bench amin Franklin sets but only got 225 so bleh

Tomorrow is pr front squat day for me.

Finally was able to do the St. Paddy’s day workout. I had to wait for a weekend for an empty gym to do all the super sets.

Pump city day 21 (leg day) done. As a special treat, we pyramided up in weight with the 8 rep per leg Bulgarian/lunge superset 25, 35, 45lbs in each hand, then did dropset on 3rd set 45/35/25x8 for 24 reps each leg. Drop set Bulgarians are both awesome and horrible. I felt like my quads were being stabbed with a fork when doing goblet squats after

Any recommendations on a PPSA. I am 6’3 and weigh about 205-210. I am getting married July 9 and going on the honeymoon the day after. Wouldn’t mind cutting some fat around the waist and just getting a bit more muscular. Don’t want to go overboard and be massive but be in better shape overall. In 2022 I was consistently in the gym but a back injury and Covid hit me hard and I haven’t been back since the Fall. Thanks.

Just finished squatober with front squats.
Pr 215 frontsquat
Pr 315 dl

Not quite what I hoped but fairly happy. I had never done heavy front squats before last month , in fact had probably never done over 135. I failed due to core stability at 225 just leaned forward at that weight.

What was your front squat at before doing squatober?

//edit: Also did you do them cross arm bodybuilder style or proper grip?

I have to do them cross arm. It probably doesn’t let me do as much but just can’t bend enough to do the right way.

I did proper grip. I had never tried them heavy before this month so hard to judge progress. Was a good experience though. Loved the program

I don’t have IG so was that an April fools about squatober being in may? That’s going to suck for me. I think I have a vacation in that month
